1. Job Position: Home Product R&D Engineer (Mattress/Soft Bed) (5 positions)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the R&D and design of core mattress and upholstered bed products, including material selection (springs, foam, fabrics, etc.), structural optimization, functional innovation, and prototype production; lead the review and implementation of R&D plans.
2. Track technology trends and consumer demands in the healthy sleep industry, conduct competitive product analysis and technical research, and address key technical challenges regarding product comfort, durability, and environmental friendliness.
3. Lead a 3-5 member R&D team to complete product iteration tasks, establish R&D process standards and quality benchmarks, and collaborate with the production department to advance large-scale product implementation.
4. Liaise with testing organizations to obtain product certification for environmental protection and safety, participate in patent applications, and promote the transformation and application of healthy sleep technology achievements.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in mattress/upholstered bed product R&D, including at least 2 years in R&D for mid-to-high-end home furnishing brands.
2. Proficient in mattress and upholstered bed structural design and material characteristics, familiar with environmental material standards and production processes, and capable of independently completing the full process from product R&D to mass production.
3. Skilled in design software such as CAD and SolidWorks; knowledgeable about home furnishing industry environmental certification standards (e.g., E1, OEKO-TEX); experience in developing healthy sleep functional products is preferred.
4. Strong technical documentation and cross-department communication skills; experience in home furnishing patent applications or participation in core product iteration projects is preferred.
5. Holding a Furniture Designer Professional Qualification Certificate or environmental material-related certification is preferred.
2. Recruitment Position: Home Product Manager (Mattress and Soft Bed Direction) (3 people)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of mattresses and upholstered bed products, including consumer demand research, market trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, product planning, and PRD document writing, defining the core selling points of products;
2. Coordinate with R&D, design, production, and sales teams to drive product iteration, formulate product launch plans and acceptance criteria, ensuring product quality and timely market release;
3. Track post-launch sales data and user feedback, analyze consumer pain points, and regularly deliver product optimization plans to improve market share and user satisfaction;
4. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to produce product promotion plans and training materials, support in-store sales, and participate in large-scale home furnishing exhibition planning.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience as a product manager in the home furnishing industry, including at least 1 year of experience with mattresses, upholstered beds, or sleep-related products;
2. Proficient in Axure, MockingBot, and data analysis tools such as Excel and SPSS, with clear ability to break down requirements, analytical skills, and market insight;
3. Understand the home furnishing industry supply chain (design, production, channels, retail), familiar with core parameters and consumer demands of mattress and upholstered bed products, capable of independently designing complex product scenarios;
4. Strong project management, cross-department communication, and stress resistance abilities; experience with mid-to-high-end home furnishing brands or involvement in creating blockbuster products is preferred.
3. Job Position: Key Account Sales Manager (Home Furnishing Channel) (4 people)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of major clients in the national home furnishing channel, including chain home furnishing stores, distributors, and real estate bulk purchase clients. Develop regional sales strategies and achieve annual sales targets (annual target per position: 8 million RMB);
2. Deeply explore major client cooperation needs, collaborate with product and design teams to provide customized home furnishing solutions (such as fully-furnished housing packages, hotel construction orders, etc.), and promote project signing and delivery;
3. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with major clients, follow up on contract renewals and additional purchase needs, resolve issues during the cooperation process, and enhance customer lifetime value;
4. Collect information on home furnishing industry channel trends, competitor information, and customer feedback, and regularly produce market analysis reports to support the company in product strategy and channel layout adjustments.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of B2B sales experience in the home furnishing industry. Candidates with channel client resources in mattresses, soft beds, or large-scale home furnishing categories (such as IKEA, Red Star Macalline, etc.) are preferred;
2. Strong business negotiation skills, ability to insightfully understand customer needs, and resource integration capabilities. Able to independently complete the entire process from client acquisition to order signing;
3. Willing to travel nationwide (10-15 days per month), with good stress tolerance, target-oriented awareness, and team cooperation spirit;
4. Experience in home furnishing engineering channels or real estate bulk purchase cooperation is preferred. Candidates who have achieved over 120% of annual targets or successfully developed large chain channels are preferred.
